Is it impossible to watch this on steam now?

I feel like steam robbed me. I bought this movie and now it won't let me watch it. It tells me I need to update my steam client but it's already at the most recent update..

Is this because they removed it from the steam store or some other reason?

Same issue here! Can't watch it now..no updates fix and I thought maybe my move overseas ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with access, but looks like that isn;t the problem with streaming it.

I've had this issue with some of the videos in my Steam library. It seems to be an HDCP issue. I couldn't get the videos to work with Firefox, but they do work with Chrome. You can also use Steam Big Picture mode to watch the movie directly in the Steam client's web browser which is Chromium-based.
