Can't play. Game keeps crashing.

Just got this game and am unable to play it. Game has crashed twice on me so far in the space of a few minutes. First in the starting room and then on the way to the house. I just barely meet the recommended specs, so I'm not sure what could be wrong.

Specs:

CPU: 3.6 GHz i7-4790
GPU: 6 GB GTX 1060
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 10

Not sure whats going on. you should be able to start it and play. the frame rate has a potential to be less, but you should be able to play. are you using any other software while loading? did you try installing and reinstalling? we'll look into this from our end as well. Thank you,

No. Not running anything else. Will try reinstalling tomorrow to see if that works, I'd send you the crash logs but I can't seem to find them in any of the folders.

Like I said, I'd love to but I'm not sure where they're located. What folder should I be looking in?

We do require a min of 8gb GPU Ram for our min spec. The game may be trying to load textures etc...and is crashing due to low GPU ram. but we are looking further into it. thanks,

I have 16 GB of ram

you have 16gb GPU ram? up top you say 6. can you send your PC specs from your PC? Windows should enable you to copy the full spec list. thanks,

Oh, yeah, GPU is only 6 GB. And I already linked my full specs in one of my last posts. Also, is there even an 8 GB card available now? Thought 6 was the best u could get
