Does this game have different endings?

I just twice finished this game choosing different items when I have to, but didnt see any difference. And what was purpuse of second item list with cross, tooth, tape and other?

I'm with you WTF is up with that second list of stuff I found all of them and still the same ending I don't get it.

Seems like second ending is still under constraction. But it's confirmed that it exist and will be added someday

Hey VR Granny, you are a youtuber, you of all people should know to look online for the alternate ending videos! HAHA. Yes, the alternate ending is in. you just need to pay attention to whats needed and how to activate. if you need spoilers, we will offer it. but maybe go to youtube first. thanks again for the great support.
