Can't find the house key

I feel kind of dumb right now. Maybe because its almost 5am here or I'm just stupid, but I can't find the key for the front door. It's really dark and my flashlight doesn't have a battery either. Any help?

yea i definitly feel like you should get a battery for that part but I encourage you to look one more time knowing you dont have to leave the porch to find it but if you're still having trouble and simply want to start the freakin game :D check all the plants

Thank you, I'll try again and look in plants. However, I don't know how I'd get batteries either? As soon as I leave the forest, my battery in my flashlight disappears and I've looked high and low for another battery. Are there other places to go besides the front door?

no that's what i mean is you should get one but you don't until you get in the house
