What do the extra items do?

Hi I finished the game, but I wanted to know what the other items do for you like the Cross & stuff. It seems like it's easter eggs since I had to look up to get the cross only in the red room area and you can't go back there after that part? Is it alternate ending?

they are for an alternate ending which is not implemented yet. that will be in the final version release. thank you for the support.

I am looking for the extra items just for fun, but i can't find the hairbrush anymore.
the hairbrush don't appear in camping tent anymore, it is moved ?
