P&R won't start

Hi everyone, since I have a new computer (a far better computer), Power&Revolution won't start.
When I try to play, after the message for subscribe to the newsletter, it says:
Error 102
The activation has failed.(-3)
(It's in french, so the message says: Erreur 102 L'activation a échoué.(-3) )

I have no idea of what does that mean, so I'm asking here for help.


PS: I also have Master of the World, an it's the same problem.

The game must be previously uninstalled on the old computer and then installed on the new computer.
In the start menu of the old computer there is a subfolder of the P&R that says "Migrate this apllication on another computer".
Follow the instructions.

Hi, and thank you for answering, but even after migrating P&R, and even Masters of the World, the game still won't start, with the same error message. There are no more Steam games installed on the old computer, and I tried uninstall, re-install the game, but it didn't change anything...

Does the Steam install have this migrate folder? My start menu does not have a folder for Power.& Rev.

Same problem here, since many years. Apparently, it's because the game uses a bad anti-hack system. The game is for the MAC adress I believe of your old PC...

Bad, it's very bad. It should work the steam system...

This looks like a licence problem

--> In order to fix this situation, eversim needs your 17-digit SteamID, named "SteamID64". There are 2 ways to get this SteamID

1. Send them the _error.txt.
The _error.txt is generated and stored in C:/Users/**your account**/Documents/Power & Revolution/ or C:/Users/**your account**/Documents/Power & Revolution 2019 Edition/

2. Send them your SteamID
At Steam's, your SteamID64 is always the last numbers of your Steam Account's, Community Profile Page, for example

You can also ask Steam to get this SteamID64.

after that they should reactivate it on your pc.

They rip you off with a game that has bugs that haven't been fixed in centuries and then they rip you off by making it hard to switch over the game to another PC breaking the "cd key" they need for the game to start. This company deserves to be buried. Someone needs to create a modern grand strategy 50x better than this game so they lose their base.

We have reported many more, however in the end they get their way and remain free despite the scams but they tell me that they will try in the future to solve everything mentioned above.
