Just get the "new game" through illigitimate means. (not saying illegal)

But I mean, morall speaking, it's less immoral to do that, than to do what this company does.

What is THE BUG people are referring to? I'm really interested in this subject. Is the game playable?

Shouldn't it be noted as a "Beta" version then?

supreme ruler 2020 or superpower 2 instead

supreme ruler 2020 is more a wargame than a geopolitical simulator, superpower 2 well ... quite sort of a political simulator but extremely simplitic IMHO. The closest i see from this game is Realpolitiks.

Honestly, Superpower 2 was a wargame with light geopolitics. After playing Realpolitiks Demo, it's basically like Superpower 2 with a bit more depth in certain areas and less in others, but still very simple (they call it "streamlined"). I mean the economy is money and generic "resources". There's no sectors or trade, you just enact a policy of import or export which exchanges a set amount of resources to money (or vice-versa).

Without a doubt, GPS4 is by far the most in-depth Gepolitical Sim available. It would be nice if it was less buggy, but comparing the features and depth it comes far ahead. I personally haven't hit any game-breaking bugs in any of the GPS games, and I've played them quite a lot (prior to transferring them to Steam).

GPS4 > SR2020 > Realpolitiks > Superpower 2
