Without a doubt, GPS4 is by far the most in-depth Gepolitical Sim available. It would be nice if it was less buggy, but comparing the features and depth it comes far ahead. I personally haven't hit any game-breaking bugs in any of the GPS games, and I've played them quite a lot (prior to transferring them to Steam).
GPS4 > SR2020 > Realpolitiks > Superpower 2
