Is it just me or is there no way to download mods fromt he official site - http://www.power-and-revolution.com/modding.php?langue=en - i literally cant find anywhere on there to download a mod

You can download mods from ingame main menu, under Extra/Bonus, then Mods... It will sort the list as last created/updated...

have you got to have the dlc to play?
they dont come up and feel a noob cheers

Yes, you've got to have DLC to be able to use/create/download mods...
