Latest Update feat. inverting Y axis, official Linux, and More
Hey everyone,

I just updated Off-Peak based on recent player feedback and requested features.

You can now invert the Y-axis of the mouse or controller. Simply hit 'V' to toggle between 'standard' and 'inverted' mode.

I also added a Linux version of the game accessible through Steam's client. No need to hit up a Google Drive link anymore. Tell your Linux-inclined friends!

Two other updates involve 'opting-in' to their respective versions in the 'Betas' tab of the games properties in Steam:

'Non-controller' version: Some players were having issues with their cameras spinning around once they started playing and I think this build should address that issue.

'Clean' version: Replaces to the salty words with '____'.

To reiterate on how to access the 'Non-controller' and 'Clean' versions of the game:

  1. Right click on the game in your library
  2. Select 'Properties'
  3. Go to 'Betas' tab.
  4. In the dropdown menu

If anyone is having issues with these versions, don't hesitate to email me at cosmod - at - cosmod - dot - net. You can always roll back to the 'previous version' build if need be.

I've taken all the records three times now and still haven't unlocked the achievement, and we'd all appreciate knowing who did all of the art on the walls, other than that no real problems that I've noticed, great game, thanks! :)

if the acheivement doesn't work for whatever reason, you can reset it by holding down these keys for 8 seconds:

That worked, and it triggered after that, thanks! May I suggest a gallery (perhaps on a wiki?) of the art in the game with credit to the artists? I sincerely would put some of that on my walls.

I don't have time to make a wiki but if members of the community want to compile it, by all means. google image search by image will point you in the direction of who did the works. many are semi-anonymous street artists or members of the mid-century polish school. good luck!

"You can now invert the Y-axis" thanks for that. I'm never going to mess up my reflexes to look at some art, but I love looking at some art so being able to invert was very welcome. I know, I'm a dinosaur
