Rescuing followers for possible "You needn't worry" achievement

I've finished the game, and I'm wondering which levels contain the specific type of "rescue a follower" challenge that would qualify for the "You needn't worry" achievement. Looking at the map, I don't have a good sense of which levels have followers to save. Of the types of challenges, which type would qualify for the achievement? I know there's a word scramble-type puzzle, where you have 7 letters and you need to find a word, but is that just to open chests? Then there's the "Wheel of Fortune"/hangman type puzzle, where you guess which letters are in the word to save a follower...is that the only type of puzzle that qualifies? If that does qualify for the achievement, how? Does it require guessing only letters that are in the word, or does it require typing the word without making any guesses?

That achievement requires you to guess the word in the Hangman Mini-Game with no incorrect guesses. It's a tough one, that's for sure! One of the first few levels should start off with it, so you can keep retrying if you fail.
