Just did a side by side.. Graphics are about the same imho.
It really comes down to if you want a fast pace game where you can wrap anound snakes 200 times or a more tactical game where you really have to be slow and steady.. For me, Worm.io wins purely because its on steam, rather than some flash browser, also the leveling, also yeah the modes are fun, and now with guilds its pretty cool- Plus the coming soon pets and upgrades seem interesting so I'm saving up for those.
Slither.io is hella fun, but at the end of the day its a bit of a throw away game, Worm.io has legs.
