Q: I downloaded the demo and/or the full game but I can't load the game. The screen is completely black.
A: Please check your graphics, the lowest graphic that requires to play this game are GTX550 or Radeon HD 7770.

Q: After I finished Chapter 1, the game crashes.
A: Please download "Media Player Codec Pack via this link: www.mediaplayercodecpack.com
Set up this program in your computer and restart the computer, then try to play the game again.

Q: What are the graphics required for laptop's that can play this game?
A: Due to the fact that a lot of laptop's have different graphic cards and capabilities this can be hard to say. But for now the graphic that we recommend is 920M when it is updated to the latest driver. However, for the other graphics cards we will try to inform you about this later on. Basically, try downloading the Demo to test it with your computer first.

Q: Are you going to fix those bugs?
A: We are working on fixing all the bugs which we know about now and we are in the process of testing those. We will try to fix all of this as soon as possible and we will keep you well informed and up-to-date.

Q : การ์ดจอโน็ตบุ็ครุ่นไหนเล่นได้บ้าง
A : เนื่องจากโน็ตบุ็คมีหลากหลาย จากที่แจ้งเข้ามาตอนนี้คือรุ่นที่มีการ์ดจอ 920M เมื่ออัพเดทไดเวอร์ล่าสุด สำหรับ รุ่นอื่นจะทยอยแจ้งให้ทราบเบื้องต้นให้ลองดาวโหลดเดโม่มาทดสอบก่อนซื้อครับ

Q : จะมีการแก้บัคในส่วนต่างๆไหมครับ
A : ตอนนี้ทีมงานได้ทยอยแก้บัคเป็นที่เรียบร้อย ยังอยู่ในส่วนของการเทสเพื่อเกิดน้อยที่สุด และจะมีการแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้งเร็วๆนี้แน่นอน
