Bugs?

A few oddities. Several times I have had a built tower vanish. No, I did not sell it. Also I noticed on level nine that all of the waves gives you a completion bonus except the last two. That doesn't seem right.

The levels not giving a bonus at the end is happening a lot now, though with no rhyme or reason I can figure.
Also when you try to cast a spell, the big box pups up and you can't cast it where the box is! Needs to be opaque, or something we can close.
