Hm I wouldn't say worse as it increased survivability and decreases potion usage. Also it is better for Poison Attack now and for Dragon Punch you are usually better off with Attack Boost instead anyway. And if you use Attack Boost and Stealth together, it is even better than before as it multiplies with each other now and before it was additive.

I was using it instead of attack boost because i was in need of the survivability (20% flat before the change) vs the hard valentine.

Compared to the old stealth version exp/h dropped from 700k yesterday to 640k today, the offline progress already calculated the 640k. Isn't that worse :)

I am using attack boost now, luckily due to the increase in level/cl i can survive now with attack boost too. Can't compare the exp directly anymore because my dragon punch gained a level. With the higher level dragon punch i am at 740k now.

And i think stealth is still no good choice for poison because it ticks with the enemies actions. Unless you need the surviviability but there are other skills for that. How about changing that casting time delay to a mitigation or decreas in hit chance for the enemy?

Mostly same, probably. Enemies can hold more, than one 3stacks poison (after 3stacks it's start to create new extra 3 stacks effect, not sure if there any limit here), so right now poison hurt enemies more of reasons of not just +20% from this passive, but from more poison effects at the enemy. Enemy delay itself seems like should not changing dps here.
