Where can I get "the growing love pendant"?

As title. This is my first valentine event, and I want to buy "the growing love pendant".
In love potion store I cant find it. Where can I get it? Real money needed?

I've obtained or bought all the event items and statues when they were first available so I haven't seen for myself how they're offered to those who missed them, but... I would guess that they might be pet stone purchases?

Valentine Event announcement says
- You can now also purchase the growing love pendant again if you missed it last year.

So I thought there should be something event excluded purchase. It is wrong?

As seen in the image that Kreuz linked, it is in the cash shop but there is a pet stones option offered there as well. $10 to get the item at SSS+20 OR 250k pet stones to get the item at S+10.

I don't know if the pendant will have the option to reforge / upgrade with event currency while this run of the event is active like it did during the event when it was first added, but note that outside of the event it costs a hefty amount of pet stones to pay for each reforge and each upgrade level. (Those payments can be made through a blacksmith's reforge and upgrade menus. Select the event item and it'll cost however many stones and take 0 seconds to complete.)

You don't "need" to pay real money, but it does skip you straight ahead to having a maxed out item while the pet stones option commits you to further pet stones payments in the future if you want to eventually max it out.

During the event, you can buy and upgrade this year's item/statue for event currency or real money.

Once the event is over (after a small grace period to spend remaining currency), the item/statue becomes unavailable for purchase, but you can still upgrade any you already have with pet stones.

A year after the event is over, the item/statue again becomes available for sale, this time for pet stones or real money. If you buy it, you can upgrade it with pet stones.

The growing love pendant was last year's item, so it's now in that third step.
