Adventure Mode feels underwhelming
Seems like the best option is always to fight things that can't hurt you, because healing takes way too long.

Obviously I'm not expecting robust RPG mechanics in an idle game but still. It could use some work.

Don't underestimate potions. Even with the time to craft them, they're still a fast source of healing. That said, the game does incentivize grinding a sustainable, relatively safe zone over trying to push your limits. But also, the whole mode is still very new, so we can assume more improvements will come.

With easy enemies, you can progress the game without having to do a lot of work.
You can also take on stronger enemies and progress through the game faster, considering the amount of potions consumed, time for crafting/alchemy and the payback.

In fact, in this Halloween event, you can get an OK amount of pet stones just by playing Easy, but if you want to get as many pet stones as possible, you will probably need to challenge Normal and beyond.

I think the real problem is like playing something in early access or beta... the people starting in 2025 will have a better experience than people who started when it launched as part of the anniversary event. Easier mobs have a higher xp/hr... but depending on the trajectory of gear you could potentially limit yourself to having to grind the higher dungeons to craft better gear eventually. Not to mention we do not have any multiclass jobs, and the ability to upgrade gear... People who only went in one specialization to this point are the few who are capable of farming lvl 25 dungeons.

Its another aspect of the game that you start it and let it go... you could be super active and juggle potions (they are independent cooldowns so you could chug a basic/normal HP potion in the same slot) etc. or changing res/def gear based on what skill an enemy is using in a dungeon... but you really don't need to be that active to make progress.
