On what hours does Bug's campaign bonus change?

I've tried looking inside the game and I'm pretty sure it's not in there, so I'm wondering if anyone knows the hours at which the campaign bonus changes and also how many hours does the bonus last.

BTW if the devs are reading this, please put this timer in the game. Also, consider allowing users to lock in Bug's campaign bonus when starting a campaign so it doesn't change while the campaign is running. Bug is pretty useless in campaigns (also as an Adventurer) because of how its mechanic currently works and allowing players to lock in its bonus would make it so much better. But even if you don't agree with that, please put the timer in the game because Bug is really bad for campaigns without it.
