ice points
I beat arena 30, beat a challenger and online saved, I can also see that I have ice points in my statistics page but it doesnt let me redeem the ice points on itrtg account, I play them both on the same steam account but it just doesnt let me redeem them. What can I do?

What does it say if you click Check ICE points in ITRTG?

It tells me that there are no points in ice for my user available

Then the online save with points is likely missing, are you sure you saved online after you had the points in ICE?

Yes ive done it multiple times and it says the same thing

Hm well I checked online saves and while I have an online save from your steam name for ITRTG, there is none from ICE. If there is no save it can't connect it.
Did you open ICE through the Steam launcher with the same Steam account? There would need to be an id and name on the info, connect page if it is connected. The name on that page should be the same in ICE and in ITRTG.

Yea I opened them both through steam they have the same name

Im trying to save online and load online on ice and it is not doing anything maybe the save online feature on my ice is not working properly

I don't really know, I can't reproduce an issue like that. Is there some other program running on your pc which might prevent the online saves for ICE? Maybe an app or virus scanner or something like that blocks that.

im thinking it has something to do with the fact that when I open ice on steam on the connect page it shows that im connected to kongregate but when i go to kongregate it says its not connected. Is there a way for you to remove the connected accounts from my profile

Hm yes maybe something broke when you connected them, looks like you didn't load online on kongregate after connecting the saves back then. Well I could remove your kongregate connection if you send me your save. At best send it to support@shugasu.com.
