The "What To Buy" section has some useful advice.
the exact values and stats vary deeply between various players and playstyle and there is no definitive answer of what you should level more and what ratio you should have. plus if you are going for some specific challenge, then you may boost one specific area for that challenge to finish it faster, even if you don't benefit that much from the stat in particularly (for example Creating Speed for No Div Monument Challenge)
but looking at you stats I would say that you have more than enough clones for your current progress (you are doing Double Rebirth Challenge, right?)
however you are lacking Creation Count quite a lot - it hurts in speed and monuments. consider to boost it to at least x10. how much it takes for you to build 600,000 clones? like 1:30h? look for ~30min and lower
another area of interest is Creating Speed. 777% is nice number, I dig that. but you need to boost it up to 3335% eventually, the sooner the later. that magic number will make you produce Clones, Light, Stones momentarily (the loading bar will be 'barred' or 'blacked' aka 'always filled' or BB)
at the beginning of the game it is wise to have a ratio between Building Speed and Creating Speed to 2:1 and once you ~10000 Building Speed switch that ratio to 3:1
as for Clones to Building Speed ratio - your current ratio is good enough, 200:1 - 150:1 will serve you nicely for awhile, after 2.000.000 clones start balancing more towards Clones rather than Building Speed
so in nutshell, imho, not in particular order:
1) boost your Creation Count to x10
2) boost your Creating Speed to 3335%
3) boost your Building Speed to ~7000%
then boost your stats like this:
1) +100000 Clones
2) +1000-600 Building Speed
3) +500-200 Creating Speed
4) +2-1 Creation Count (so you can build all your clones in ~30min or faster)
There was period of time where I personally was sticking to a (probably inefficient) routine where I would cycle between purchasing 1M clones, 50 CC, 1k CS, and 10k BS along with adding 1k to the total I intended to hold onto unspent for the bonuses. (So for each next 9,135 GP I gained, that was the plan for what I used it on.) Like at some point I had 10M clones, 500 CC, 10k CS, 100k BS, and 10k banked, and that purchase routine was planned out to maintain those ratios. It's a bit off from any usual advice you might see, but it made sense to me at the time. I forget when and why I broke from my own made up ratios... Maybe I froze on 1000 CC for a while and focused more on other things?
For a while now (note: I'm at somewhere around midgame with totals currently at 175M clones, 3500 CC, 100k CS, and 900k BS) I've been pulling in the GP fast enough that I save up for splurges more on the order of 5M or 10M clones at a time or 500 CC at a time or 100k BS at a time instead of being so meticulous about maintaining any specific ratio with a planned out purchase cycle. And I stuck my bank at a soft target of 25k unspent GP a long time ago, so now my bank usually varies between 10k to 40k depending on how long I save up before a splurge.
Anyway, another thing to think about is milestones. This feature is still pretty new to the game. It wasn't around when the wiki advice was written. (Heck, CP wasn't a thing when the wiki advice was written either. And crystals are not a new feature anymore.) Reach specific amounts of clones or CC and you're rewarded with some of the other stat for free. Same thing between CS and BS. So you could always look to see if you're close to reaching a milestone in any of those stats. If you're close to something anyway, maybe it might be worth pushing for it just to get some extra bang for your buck on the purchase that gets you to that line. It's going to screw with whatever ratios you might be trying to maintain until later purchases can course correct it, but... meh?
So why not just buy more clones forever? Well, the more clones you buy, the more time you spend creating them before you can do stuff. This is going to come down to a matter of preference, but I generally don't like spending more than 15 minutes creating all my clones at the beginning of a rebirth. Eventually, you'll need more CC to build your clones in a reasonable time. With more CC, Creation Speed starts to look more attractive. Finally, Build Speed comes into focus later in the game when doubling your building speed through the Building Speed stat becomes much more economical than doubling your clones.
Not claiming to be an expert on ratios but here's my current spread (as an early late game player and weighted more towards clones than CC than I would like to be long term):
80M clones = 200k GP
2k CC = 100k GP
110k CS = ~31.3k GP
500k BS = 142.5k GP
