General rule of thumb I'd follow for the first climb up the gods: 1 new god each rebirth. If there's a training achievement you're close to getting, sure grab it too, since it buffs your rebirth multis.

2x min, if things are slow.
else 10x+

So far I needed one rebirth per god through Gaia, but needed an extra rebirth between Gaia and Shu. Just beat shu, amd going to wait a while to rebirth since the rebirth stats were only double what I had before. Get some more skills up and multipliers. Just in 10 minutes after killing shu the rebirth multipliers were up aontehr 25% over where they were, so... yeah...
I think technically you can push pretty far when it goes green, since you kinda DO unlock something for each god you defeat, sometimes more than one thing, you unlock.

Haven't rebirthed yet, but yeah. Imagine you can go a very long distance before rebirthing is best done to avoid wasting precious time progressing.

I usually beat 1 new god, since it gives more modifer, then I try to do the exact same 'achievements' as last time, and then some more. Like right now doing all 3 Achievements for each Creation you can make up to Tree now.

I would be wary of trying to do the Creation achievements beyond the first one. No amount of rebirths will speed your Creation. Only spending your god souls will do that, and you can't start seriously collecting those until you can reliably beat Izanagi. Until then, your creation speed will be consistantly slow, regardless of which rebirth you are on.

If you kill a god you haven't killed previously, it's best to rebirth, as you still have 10x less stats at present compared to a new rebirth. After rebirthing you gonna get to where you were in 5-10min again, and the rest of the time 40-50 min you're trying to go beyond it, and 10x faster compared to your suggestion.
YEah, I've stuck to that actually.

I kill a god I haven't killed before, rebirth after getting to nearby milestones across the board, and just repeat.

It's pretty efficient tbh, though sometimes it's worth it to hold out to try and level all your multipliers, atleast your battle multiplier that is.

Hilariously, my physical multiplier is 1/3 of al lthe others, yet I'm not having any problems, not yet at least.
theres a achievement for getting to baal on 0 rebirths..

Since no one pointed it out, specifically, make sure to have the game run for at least an hour between rebirths too, cause the 1 hour mark causes a jump in your rebirth stats. (Doubles them, I think)

I generally wait however long it takes to get (at least) the 1st level achievement for all the creation items. If you rebirth immediately after killing a new god, then your creation stat is going to severely lag behind the others (because it is kinda of silly to create anything other than Shadow Clones until you hit your cap, and I can generally kill a new god before I hit that cap).
