How to reset progress?

If you mean a full reset to start playing as if you were a new player just starting for the first time, there is a button for that at the bottom of the settings tab.

Under "gameplay settings." The button is labelled "reset game."

(The settings tab looks like a pair of gears, or you can hit the letter "i" to go to it.)
