Undine pet

Soo, how to get it? I would try 2 alchemist in Water dungeon but all of mine are crafting stuff...
Anyone tried something?

There's a minor setback, but it's not as bad as it seems. You probably want to have at least an extra 25 iron bars and 10 holy waters ready though. Ideally also have 50 t2 materials of your alchemists' element, another 20 holy water, and a phoenix feather. That will prevent the worst case scenario. Overall I think it's very much worth doing despite the negatives unless you're about to evolve shark/robot/phoenix soon or something similar.

To get undine full power its 4 step procedure - Ryu confirmed that it require some time ( 2 weeks minimum) - When you craft it by 2 alchemists both of them are hurt. You can recover from it in 24 krs and some mats ... Undine droplet is useless - it have negative - 11111 stats and can't be fed ...

Actually it can be fed, send on campains, and have clones put on it to fight even if it cannot. Mine no longer has the -11111 amounts because of growth campain and feedings (I did it as a test).

Here's what happens after the initial crafting of Undine:


You get a "FailedUndine" water drop with said -33k growth. One of my alchemists lost its body, the other one an arm. As a next step you're supposed to craft a new body, a "mecha arm" and a water soul. The costs are:

New Body - 50x tier2 items (iron bar for the 42 pet), 20x Holy Water, 1x Phoenix Feather
Mecha Arm - 25x Iron Bar, 10x Holy Water
Water Soul - 30x Nevermelting Ice, 1x Phoenix Feather, 1x Shadow Essence

I have no idea yet how to get the latter...

In FMA, the Philosopher's Stone is made using humans souls. Maybe Shadow Essence is made using "Shadow Clones Souls"? Maybe we need to kill a large amount of shadow clones to get it? Maybe some UBV2 fight? Just throwing some ideas, since I don't have the first part unlocked yet.

Maybe you need to sacrifice...or maybe you need to kill a shadow clone that is your enemy at the end of a few battles. I'd say if it drops from that one it would make sense since it stays within the scope of the new content.

You can obtain a Shadow Essence by having Undine alive in a dungeon party when the boss of the Newbie Ground dungeon dies.

2 week min is not correct. Can be done in a week if you have a lot of workers or think ahead

Unless I am mistaken and you named your Undine Chippy Undine did die before entering the boss room, Undine has to be alive to get the drop.

Undine was definitely alive in the party. The export summary mentions Undine like this:

Undine did a total damage of 0 and received 0 damage.

No more mention afterwards.

You've finished the alchemists fixed body parts already correct? Just asking, because you can't get the essence if they aren't done, or at least I couldn't

That must be the reason then. I built the new arm, the new body isn't done yet...
