That said, because it's following a log2 formula, you will see rapidly that the increase gets lower and lower as that rebirth's time goes on, to the point where you need to ask yourself if you wouldn't just earn more divinity by sending it to the divinity campaign after levelling it for half an hour to an hour.
The good news if you are not that starved for divinity is that FSM also has a fairly interesting campaign bonus when going to god power campaigns as it doubles the GP from every pet in the campaign as long as FSM is running the campaign as well (which can quicly bring enough additionnal GP to get more clones and BS and get your generator running faster for a bigger impact on your divinity than by sending it to level campaigns).
Are you sure it doesn't apply?
From what I understand the divinity campaign, special fights and UBs give you divinity based on your current divinity per second (generator + monsters, with monsters ever killed and not currenly farmed as well), so unless it somehow takes this bonus away for the math you should be getting the extra portion from FSM's stats as well when getting divinity from those.
