Idling to Rule the Gods

UBv2
Hi guys,

which stats are all essential for fighting UBv2? Does it make a difference for example having a 10 /0 ToG or 10/10 ToG?

Let me preface by saying that I have yet to down any, most of what I know about it comes from reading forums and the wiki like:
http://itrtg.wikia.com/wiki/Ultimate_Beings_V2

Highest god killed, Attack+ and Defense+ mights, massive clone count, along with having prepared poisonned and normal creations should be "all" you need.

As with most of the fights that are not gods or monsters (Special, UBs and UBv2), your base stats are directly influencing the opponent's, so as long as you keep things balanced your opponent will be balanced too, and no amount of monument will help as it only raises the other side's stats just as much as it raises yours.

Balanced physical and mystic, as many killed gods as possible during current rebirth and a lot of might in attack and defense. ITRTGv2 can easily one-shot you if you don't have at least around 500 might in defense. And with 500 might in attack it will take at least 2 roudns to kill it.

Does it depend on the current run? I thought Ionoi scaled with your record for highest god ever defeated.

.

Anyway, yeah... The wiki page Fel linked lays out some patterns that players have found to be reliable, making efficient use of the commands that are available within a UBv2 fight. The relevant stats that influence how things will go in a fight against a UBv2 are those two specific Might abilities (physical attack+ and mystic defense+) and how many clones you can bring into the fight with you. And the v2s are scaled to be much stronger than the regular UBs.

There's a bit of preparation before you even start a fight. There's an option there to turn some units of a specific creation into some units of a corrseponding "evil creation" (each v2 is different) and you'll want to have enough creations and evil creations on hand to cover what the first stage of the fight will require. The first stage of the fight involves opening up a hole in the UBv2's perfect defense. The feed loops on the wiki were planned out to get them as vulnerable as possible without triggering fight mechanics that would waste your time by repairing that hole in their defense. The next stage is repeating your attack loop as much as necessary until it's defeated.

Ionoi scales with highest god killed.

The wiki gives good information about the feed and attack loops, but the stat requirements listed there are outdated as they are from a time where the god speed feed loop was not yet invented (or better said possible as the way god speed worked was changed), which in turn greatly reduced clone losses during feed loop.
2.5 million clones and 400 attack+ 300 defense+ are enough to kill itrtgv2 in one fight if you use the god speed feed loop.

Even though it is not listed physical hp+ also helps with fighting v2, 400 attack+ and defense+, 50 hp+ and 2 million clones would not let me defeat itrtgv2 in one fight no matter how often I tried increasing hp+ to 100 however would let me kill him.

As darth faber said ionoi damage as well as energy cost is based on your highest god ever.

At around p.baal 25 ionoi will deal more damage to planet eater v2 than Clairvoyance, which means you can safely exchange the Clairvoyance in the Clairvoyance fight loop with ionoi.

Maybe I always do something wrong despite following the wiki's loops then, because even after they added the god speed loop to it and I started using it I still felt like the wiki's stat suggestions were a bit on the low side.

I have defeated ITRTGv2 once, but I didn't even try it until I had 5 million clones to work with, and I did it in a long run (after an AAC, which did a few of and lingered in after completing them because I was also working on my afky power to unlock the pet) where I had time to get Might levels...I forget... Close to 500 at least, if not over it. (Hadn't tried any 1KCs yet at the time so this was with default training times starting after the 50 levels I get from DRCs.)

I'll have to try not neglecting physical hp+ next time though. See if that helps. (Granted, with 6 mil clones and 5 1KCs done I'm already in a better place for next time anyway.)

Imho feed loop is not really important, if you save/load you can end up with no HP and clone losses after feeding any UBv2. I got used to (modified) clairvoyance attack loop and consider it best. Also experimented a little with god spped but it is too expensive, though good in some cases. Clairvoyance works best against ITRTG exluding finishing blow. Ionni summon for everything else. Sometimes using big bang as a finisher if I don't have enough energy.
