Can I get some help with this, please? Just...at this point I'd like directions on where to go. I understand that gates appear and you have to keep going through them but I always get turned around somehow and either go back through the first set of gates too soon which resets the whole thing or wind up outside. Either way I keep having to start over and I'm tired of random battles.

Is there a map or just some direct instructions I can use? I feel like an idiot but I have an awful sense of direction and I've tried about ten times now.

I'll be honest, it's been years since I've done it. As I recall, there is a first section which leads into a cavern, then out of the cavern you get into the second section. At some point during that second section, you'll need to go up some stairs, then back down and to the right, leading a small backtrack.

Note, that's how I remember doing it, I'm not 100% sure, but I think there was a sequence like that, where you go through a gate and then backtrack a bit. In most other sections backtracking isn't possible, so this one should stand out.
