ok maybe i see if easy, i am not familiar unity games but atleast is far as progress go u use unity softwares of different kinds

you dont need Unity for use this model in Blender or other
i just saw the model file for Kim Seong-a, you juste have to convert with "XPS tools" in Blender

yes ok sound amazing but i am still very curious about game because i think game has some good potential if modding is easy like imagine you being janitor and the girls are hostile or they hide and you must find them etc... is just taste of possibility

i might look into if extract, change, import same name as what you want to replace is method
or if it need much deeper modding... or if unity even supports modding if not having the game itself openable in unity...

some kind of modding map like amnesia the dark descent would be cool, but being janitor or ghost is not possible (sad because kitsune look cute)
if you need some mod like that would be to have a modding tool like the elder scrolls or fallout
Swap character is possible, Texture change is possible and maybe character change for other(like pikachu or whatever)

i hope i find method of modding game as i have experience of past so maybe can come up with method... model switch already gets you far
