Can't turn on Security Alarm

I've just arrived at the part where the crazy old lady - Choi Eun-mi - starts chasing after me with a knife. I know that you're supposed to go up to the fourth floor and switch on the security alarm. But for some reason when I try this, after the first two QTEs, the main character looks at the panel in surprise, the old lady grins and then stabs me.

There's no additional QTE or prompt or anything. I've seen in some other videos that after the first two QTEs, Seoung-ah is down in the electrical room and turns it on. She doesn't do that for me.

EDIT: Never mind, turns out I had to pre-emptively move the fuse to "Security Alarm"... lol. I have to say, I really don't understand why this change was made? In the mobile version of the remake, you could freely move the fuse and flip the switch manually. Seems pretty weird that it would be changed to an instant-lose QTE scenario.

To be honest, on the mobile version the control was so bad at that point to get the battery and switch it to the alarm on a such a short time fo panic.

To be honest, I think that the devs made this change so you can go back to the fourth floor and make sure you meet the Grandma Ghost from the bridge.

I am on ps5 version can't LEAVE Alarm on and don't think I met a Grandma either. So kinda stuck at this point. I think I am on Remake version......I think
