Cant get the safe Code to work?

I know the code (number of medals) but nothing happens when i put in the RIGHT code! :)

Alright, so let's say that you got there the years 96 94 86 83. Check out the medals and there you will see a year and a number of medals. Check out first 96 (1996) and see how many medals are there. That's the first number. Second one is the year 94 (1994), get the number. Third one is 86 (1886), get the number. Fourth one is 83 (1883) get the number. After that let's say you got numbers 4 2 5 6 (that's what I got), go to the safe and firstly try it on the right side. If it doesn't work try on the left side.
If you still got problems try to restart to the checkpoint

I get 2-5-9-4 but that dosent work either, your solution dosent work. Nothing seem to work.

this puzzle was solved at the first time, but after that i lost becase the timer was over

i tried to solve it again
i tried more than 20 time to solve this , but it did not work, i saw many videos on Youtube, but it did not work, i know the code , and i know LEFT RIGHT ......., but it did not work


please help me

It' a known bug. Quit and restart. Pressing continue will not work

Just in case if anyone gets stuck trying to open the safe, 2594 seems to only work the first time, but if you have to open the safe again it may not work. Make sure to check how many medals there are and follow instructions on the document. The code for me was 4259 the second time.
