Nope. And both are required to play and enjoy the game. Buy cards in local store if you need some. If you are on Steam, then enjoy games. In the past you had neither of those, yet people had a lot of fun with sp and mp. These days ♥♥♥♥ like achievement hunting, cards, profiles, backgrounds and other stuff seems more important that gameple.

One can have multiple interests in life ,pc games ,bananas ,stroking cats and Trading Cards.
