Game wont launch?

As the title says: just keeps saying Unknown exception or something like that. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verified files and nothing. Just will not launch. Any ideas? Seems to want to run a nonexistent runasadmin.vdf on my system so I have no idea

Get a refund if you can.
The port is crap even if you can play it.
SNK refuses to switch to the Code Mystics emulator. They should pull it from the market.
