Illegal? Maybe, but releasing a cash grab with a inferior netcode is something I call immoral.
Its much better to grab the Neogeo bundle pack, you are morally allowed to use it on the Fightcade since you paid for the rom.

Well, Garou will come out on steam eventually (probably before or after PS4/Vita port), surprised its taking very long, also surprising Last Blade 1 got a stealth steam port like the other SNK games so far, lol.
