Is it possible to disable vibration of Xbox controller for this?

I've recently setup an old arcade stick (using a joytokey program) and it's a bit annoying to have the xbox pad rumble away whilst I'm playing arcade games! So, is it possible to disable rumble?

Yeah, I'm trying to just use controller in VR, but I'm forced to use the motion controllers to nav and the xbox pad to play games. If that weren't bad enough, shuffling these around, all 3 controllers vibrate like mad when playing games. Super annoying. Please add ability to disable and lower strength on a per input device.
