But that being aside, it is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of NRA: Neon substitutes. If you can add custom arcades, then go to a video store (video stores were different where I grew up, but I know their importance to people who grew up in North America) and maybe have an office where you can load up virtual machines (Commodore 64's, Amiga emulators, Amstrad, MS-DOS, win 95, etc, etc) and other stuff then we'll have something that is clearly superior.
Watching movies on the TV or cinema in NRA: Neon is rather lackluster. I never did to any real extent because of various issues, not limited to the audio level, but also that it is rather tedious. The TV in the VIP is at a level where you are either too high or too low, but never at eye level. It's almost like it is intended for you to just load up a tape and having something running for the background than actually watching the thing.
