Do a malware search on the quarantined file, see what you can find if you want to be extra safe. But it should just be a false positive and you can safely unquarantine the file.
I am not making complete fun of you, but its always an amusement of mine when people try to help with a problem they have no idea about :D Kudos to you for attempting to diagnoses the issue though.
Virus' dont and never have "made" their way into code. Every virus ever created, has been done with intent. Take it as a note moving forward though, NO company, that is into making money, will ever give you a virus. This has never occured in our entire history of computers, and likely never will.
If you want to see that world, watch Hackers :D They give you an idea of what complete nonsense virus power has.
