How do I install the Chinese version?

I set my location to China but that just changes the system dialogs (like the "are you sure you want to exit) box to Chinese. Do I have to uninstall it and somehow trick Steam into serving me the Chinese version, or can I download it somewhere else?

Edit: I found what I assume is the Chinese version on Baidu through the developer's site but it disconnects like every 20 seconds and eventually stops letting me resume the download, so is there a mirror anywhere?

I managed to download the file from Baidu's crappy servers in the end. Was there any way to play the Chinese version through Steam tho?

I'm reading articles on Du Chinese (smartphone app) and studying HSK word lists mostly. I already speak Chinese so I mostly just need to learn to read and write. I could probably pass the HSK 4 exam now but I don't know all the words yet. Hopefully I can take the HSK 5 next year and after that I should be able to read real books. I already have a few books that I'm trying to read but I'm veeeeery slow :)

那我可以用中文跟你对话吗？我的英语是在是非常差……我觉得你可以wuxiaworld这个网站找点小说来看呀，那些小说都是英文版的中国小说，然后可以对照着中文版的小说看，如果觉得那些太难的话还可以看一些中英双语的童话故事什么的呀，这些都不会太无聊的~不过如果是为了通过考试的话，就只能多看教材了。
Can I use chinese talk with you? My English is not well. I think you can read some fantasty novel on wuxiaworld or some chinese fairytale to avoid feel boring. But if you just want to pass HSK 5, I have no idea.

没听说过wuxiaworld，看上去好像有点意思！我其实还下载了“仙剑奇侠传”可是现在对我来说还有一点太复杂。我也有几本中英对照的儿童故事，慢慢看。谢谢！:)

据说icey这个游戏不错，是个中国的游戏，有全中文的配音和字幕，游戏评价也很高。steam上就有加油~^^
