Mission Updated triggers every 6 seconds endlessly
I keep getting "Mission updated: Captain Fisher is dead pinging every 6 seconds. It is well over a hundred now and still climbing. I just logged back on in the area right after you open the door and fight him.

Update: Using the elevator to zone out and back in seems to have resolved the issue.
