Game stopping bug trying to exit tutorial ship.

RIP Can't leave tutorial ship.
Already reached a game stopping bug. Game refused to load after leaving the Dauntless. It got stuck on the first cutscene. The "opening eye" animation would not stop playing (looked hilarious after about 5 minutes, the eye was larger than the screen and started stretching the blurred face image. Had to end the task. Loaded my autosave game from just before using the escape pod and... the escape pods no longer work.

Video of the bug. If I had to guess the autosave is happening after the flag that saves you "escaped" but before you actually load into the main game. Basically you just get stuck forever on the ship with non function escape pods. Had to load a manual save for 20 minutes before... which rather sucked because I got crap rolls on loot the second time through. :/

This is happening to me. Just installed the game today. Tried reloading the auto-save after getting the above bug and now the doors to the escape pods won't activate.

Well, I thought it was fixed. It seems to be fairly rare. I'll continue to look into this one - I had a really hard time reproducing this bug. Thanks for letting me know Dalton.

Would you mind sending me your saves? It may help me find the problem. I think if you exit the game and then try it again it may work. Instructions for sending saves here:
