How do you sell ships from storage?

I'm embarrassed that I can't figure this out on my own, but I'm looking for help.

How do you sell ships from storage. I bought the supporter pack and am using the trader, and I want to sell the original ship I started with.

I do not have a lot of experience with buying and selling ships {not a collector}, but I do not think you can just sell a ship.

I may be mistaken, but could swear you need to be in the ship to sell it, but only as a Trade in. So you must be buying something else. My experiences are limited to buying a replacement for my starter ship which is usually a Trade-in. Though on my current file i am still in my Mace lol ... still saving up. Though my plan this time is to keep the starter ship instead of trading it in.

But aye do not think we can just sell them off from a list ... I think we are limited to Trade-in or just keeping it.

thanks for the info, thats what I feared. I could really use that 2 million to buy shields and other things for my main ship.
