Yellow skills still grant no EXP {for good reason} so can all be learned without lvling at all if desired. Space EXP was added recently so now only Mining, Piloting, and Electronics, can technically be mastered without lvling ... the rest require Space combat which grants near proportional EXP per crew assigned to a Space slot.
Though on my recent file where I am still in my starter ship saving {~60 million to go lol} for the ship I will use for Space skilling etc I have not seen a lot of Pilot EXP for just travel ... though I would never dream of skilling Pilot up via travel ... it is/was possible. Mining goes without saying as it was always non-combat {unless you were bothered lol}. Electronics ... not been scanning ships lately myself, but heard some were seeing less ... but it was viable to lvl via just scanning sort of. Combat is still where it is at for all but Mining though in my opinion.
Anyhow not a lot of help, but it is possible for you to master them all ... or build a super crew with 5 or 6 Blue Skills. I have never mastered all skills on all crew before {crazy town lvl of work} ..., but I have mastered all skills on the main character and that 5-6 on 4 or 5 of the crew. A lot of work still ... in a game now where 1 Blue skill to combat lvl 80 {only ever master 1 Blue skill} can suffice ... as they are all awesome post skill lvl 85.
My basic advice though if you plan on training your main and crew at the same time ... it is a lot easier if they are all training the same skills. This way they better compliment one another instead of stealing from one another. While we now have a Pooled EXP mechanic that can keep your team's combat lvl close, it does not protect against skill disparity. While a lot has changed ... a Blue skill still has to be used to grow. The other option is to train them one at a time ... which might fit better if you plan on training a diverse cast. No hard rule per se ... something you will feel as you go.
