But give me a mark on the ground and It's good like scaling money I noticed that I made more money on average the more ground marks I did.
Equipping my ground crew seemed to not be that expensive. I upgrade for them via loot and occasional good vendor find. Loot I sell most of that. I made a lot of fun dealing with marks on the ground and made good money for it.
I can't say for certain that its the more profit for making money.
I only do ground mark missions but ship combat might be quicker and get that money faster.
After than, I will go from system to system, and print money. Easy peasy.
Curious as to say why they are pointless. Free money is just that. I have about 160 hours in the game, and never seem to have enough money.
I tend to lawnmower entire systems. Clean one out, and move onto the next.
