Wait function - If you are blocked and have not used any AP, when ending your turn, a third icon on the end turn selection is displayed (to the far left of the end turn options). Selecting this will move the selected team member just after the last team member in your current turn order. They do not lose their turn, they just delay their turn. I think the label is a little confusing right now and will adjust that. It says "Wait until next turn" when actually your position in the turn order is moved in the current round after your other team members. It lets you move the other team members out of the way if you need to. [edi] Just a note that turn order has a number of events that can cause critical events that might move enemies and team members around in the turn order - to spice things up a bit. So, turn order is not necessarily absolutely fixed. I'll be doing some work to expose these events a bit more so you know when they happen.
For now you can select any team member as the leader by selecting them by clicking or pressing the F1-F4 keys. This places them at the front of the diamond shaped formation when they arrive at their location. You can right-click and drag to set your formation facing at the destination - team members will walk to that point unless they are interrupted by the start of combat. One tactic is to move your team near any new door opening and arrange them - then send a melee team member to open the door. I'll look into formations and ordering etc at a later time. It's on my list.
As far as pitch, I'll be adding a manual pitch option. I'll likely also be adding a following camera flight mode when holding down the left and right mouse buttons. It will be a while before I get to this. For now, right clicking with the mouse is the only way to set pitch.
