Dark Crystal Games
Atom RPG From
AtomTeam
Both Fallout/Wasteland like
Wasteland 1 Remaster (coming soon)
Wasteland 2
Wasteland 3 (also coming soon)
ATOM RPG + upcoming Trudograd expansion
Underrail + Expedition (one of the best cRPGs)
Shadorun Returns/DF/HK (has an editor for each game, so you can create your own maps, mods, etc)
Games somewhat similar-
Invisible Inc + Contingency Plan (a turn based stealth game with lots of great mods and feels a bit rogue lite)
Sword of the Stars The Pit (played the demo, seems great)
hopefully this helped you!
My example is the other way around, EA title named "Star Valor" that is now space combat (real time) but it is planed to enhance that with Crews, boarding etc. Fun game so far...
Yes, Stellar Tactics truly is unique. I don't know any other CRPG which has Vehicles, a massive open world, and procedural generation. Maybe Wasteland 3 (which has a customizable vehicle).
