RT/RB on controller doesn't work

I need to make an interaction with a character just at the beginning and I have to choose him from the Inventory, but can't reach the lower down section when character are. It drives me crazy.

Yeah same here. I get the message saying how to open inventory by using LT but none of the triggers or shoulder buttons work at all.

And same here. I have old Logitech dual action pad that usually works great with Xbox 360 Controller Emulator software if anything else does not help. Not with this game, emulator or not, RT/RB or LT/LB are not working, other buttons work great.

Same problem ... The game is a pain in the ass with the mouse, some controllers are not detected, and now that I am finally able to run it with my x360 pad the trigger buttons are not working

I had the same LT/RT issue not working with an Xbox 360 wireless controller. To fix it, I had to launch Steam Big Picture, go to the Settings and then to the Controller Settings. Here, I UNTICKED the Xbox controller management, and now the triggers work flawlessly ingame.
