Inkmaster??
Keep getting these blueprint like things for new guns and it says to take it to the inkmaster? Where can I find this damn inkmaster?!!

He spawns in some rooms. Usually on the same floor that you find a blueprint

Yeah, when you pick up a sketch (blueprint), there's a guaranteed Inkmaster portal in the next chapter, but sometimes you can even meet one in the same chapter.
