Very weird problem (mouths moving erratically)

I don't know how else to word this; whenever someone talks in the game, it looks like they're mouths turn into jello and there's just this rapid flapping of their lips, lol. Needless to say, it ruins the immersion and breaks the game for me. Anyone have an idea what I can try to fix this?
