I've tried playing the demo, the whenever I try play nets or a min game it loads and says press A to continue......and of course i have a key board...............................so how the hell do i start playing???

You need an X-Box 4 Windows Controller. by press A it means the A Button

Is there any way i can "trick" the game into thinking my keyboard is a controller? Don't much fancy spending money on something i'm only going to use for one game..

just buy any cheap controller. logitech f310 that i am using pretty cheap and works very well.

Just download monect PC remote from play store and your smartphone will turn into controller. You also have to download the software in PC as well. The PC and smartphone can be easily connect via Bluetooth or wifi.I have been playing from almost 1 year or so.
