Surviving Mars not loading on MacOS

Hi,

Has anyone been having trouble loading Surviving Mars on MacOS? it doesn't load for me. All I receive is a prompt stating 'MarsStream quit unexpectedly' along with a section which shows code that is supposed to showcase the problem.

I have tried to check the Paradox forum but the webpage is down.

Having the same issue. Suddenly stopped loading. I get an error whenever I try.

Great thanks. It looks like the Ventura update has caused the issue. Whenever the crash prompt loads, it states that the report is being sent to Apple. Hopefully Apple will fix the bug.

I have a Mac Studio with M1 Max. Surviving Mars was running until recently when I upgraded to Ventura 13.1. I am not hopeful I will ever be able to run it again.

One thought I had was that maybe the Mac executable needs to be re-translated by Rosetta on Ventura. I don't have a Ventura system to test it out on but you should be able to just delete the "MarsSteam" application file, verify the game files install a fresh copy, and then launch the application to get Rosetta to translate it again.
