Dome filter - exclamation mark?

I spent some time looking but cannot find or figure out what the exclamation point is on the dome filters. The thumbs up and down are in the tool tips. Can someone explain what they do/mean or point me somewhere?

As far as I understand, it's like a super-thumbs up which ignores any thumbs down filters that might apply to that colonist.

it pretty much means all colonists with that specs will board the rocket right away overidding anyone already on there
