That’s true, but from what I’ve tried so far there are some forgiving mechanics even if you do. I had a last minute rocket that I had a payload set for that I was going to send to another asteroid, but didn’t get the destination completely configured in time. I did have the payload set and ready though, and while my asteroid hopping progress came to an end, the rocket did show up 8 hours later ready to land on Mars. I wasn’t specifically using auto mode either, but my understanding is that auto mode completely takes care of the launch for you if time runs out, payload finished or otherwise.
Also consider that some people are given games or DLC by friends and loved ones as presents.
I think I went beyond 8 hours, but I do still have a save from before that. Hopefully a second attempt will be better.
Please take a bit more clever approach rather than trying to punish other for your total lack of humor and for your lack of understanding of communication !
Also you considering yourself a "comics creator" while at the same time being devoid of humor surely sounds as a hoot !
