Paradox mod manager - Silva Essential files not working

The game claims that it is "incompatible mod version" so, i can't use passage hub mod.

Can i circumvent this or install both mods manually? And if not, is there similar passage hub mod out there?

@Ranosian - probably you had it from Paradox's servers, remove and replace it with Steam Workshop's one. Or start over without it : )
